MyTerna is the web portal dedicated to the business referents of Terna, the national electricity transmission grid operator. This digital information desk allows users to interact directly with Terna's professionals responsible for processes and stakeholder relations. It is necessary to register and accredit yourself, as a legal or natural person, to:

  • Apply for and manage a National Transmission Grid (NTG) connection practice
  • Apply for, renew and modify a Dispatching Contract
  • Register for electricity system auctions
  • Check the status of a financial guarantee paid to Terna
  • Enter production and/or consumption data into the Gstat system for statistical purposes
  • Record your own data for billing purposes
  • Access legacy systems integrated with the MyTerna Portal
  • Apply for an Energy International Code (EIC).

CONTRACTS AND AGREEMENTS

INSOLVENCY PROCEDURES

For companies and natural persons interacting with Terna, in this section it is possible to edit and view their master data as well as manage any corporate events. It is specifically about this type of information:

  • Contact/user data
  • Address of the Registered Office and/or Administrative Office
  • Possible Fiscal Representation in Italy for non-EU Companies
  • PEC addresses and Office Codes for companies belonging to the Public Administration.

This section contains all the documents and guidelines that are useful for managing a grid connection: from documentary exchanges for the request to contracting and operation. In particular, it is possible to:

  • Submit and manage a new connection request, consulting its status until operation;
  • Submit and manage a preliminary switchIn of the connection application;
  • Open a ticket.

In this section it is possible to stipulate new contracts, modify, renew or close existing ones, view their status. This refers, in particular, to Injection and Withdrawal Dispatching Contracts, Interruptibility scheme Contracts, Shipping service Contracts, Interconnector program Contracts, CCC, CTR Conventions, Aggregation Measures Conventions (MIS).
Specifically, it is possible to:

  • Stipulate a contract with Terna;
  • Manage all document exchanges and requests for information;
  • Manage in an integrated way the guarantees provided for dispatching contracts, starting from the definition of the amounts to be guaranteed for the effectiveness of the contract stipulated, to the process of returning the guarantee.

It is necessary for the participants in the auctions to be registered in the MyTerna portal and for the Super User indicated by the Company to authorize, from time to time, the “contact persons” to enable the portal related to the management of each type of auction.
