The portal must be used exclusively for the management of business relations with Terna.
Any other use will not be considered lawful.
The portal provides for the production and storage of logs relating to security events (including but not limited to login, logout, failed accesses, etc.), logs for performance monitoring, system logs, logs relating to the operation of the application (possibly also relating to access and modification of the data processed) and diagnostic logs for the identification and removal of possible malfunctions.
The access user is strictly personal and cannot be shared with anyone other than the owner / assignee of the same.Should unauthorized access or improper use of the portal be identified, Terna reserves the right to activate the legal protections it deems necessary in order to safeguard its own interests and those of the other parties involved.
